MEDCAPs Medical Civil Affairs Projects (MEDCAPs) go to remote areas to provide medical care to those who have none. It is a "Hearts and Minds" mission that often saves and improves lives. To get to our remote locations, we are in heavily armored convoys. Once on site, and security is in place, we get to work on the medical slice.
